Target group

All employees wishing to communicate at the highest levels as possible and with the greatest effect. Primary target groups are employees with written contact with customers, or those involved in internal, written communication. The course focuses on both external and internal written communication within the company.

Yield

You will acquire greater linguistic awareness and ideas on how to improve your written communication. The course will focus on both printed and digital media (including emails). Your linguistic skills will be strengthened enabling you to express yourself in a lucid, concise and modern way.

Method

The course is an interaction between theory and practice. A review of the latest rules of modern language usage and punctuation will be presented based on the participants' own material. Furthermore the participants will receive training through various exercises mapping which areas they should continue to work on after the course.

Form

The course is held as a 1 day non-residential course. In addition there will be subsequent TACK supervision of the personal action plan. Tuition takes places at the following times:
