Training technique

The course is aimed at individuals responsible for training and educating others wishing to develop their skills as educators. The course is suitable for both new and experienced educators.

You will receive training in your ability to act as a professional and confidence-building educator. The objective is to make you capable of teaching in ways so that your course participants understand and acquire skills in the subject. You will learn about different perception channels - that we learn differently and you will become aware of how you should communicate with your course participants. You will acquire skills in building up your course in a suitable manner and become aware of how to act as a communicator.

The participants will play a very active role through the entire course with practical exercises, discussions and cases. Through the use of video recordings, feedback and sound advice all participants will be able to develop their personal training style.

• Adult education
• How do we motivate participants and maintain their interest?
• Tackling difficult listeners
• Personal appearance and voice as a means to greater impact
• Efficient use of audio visual equipment and visual tools
• How to make a good checklist for each training course

The course is held as a 3 day live-in course (residential course). Tuition takes places at the following times:

1. Day 1 from 10:00 to 21.00 *)
2. Day 2 from 09:00 to 21.00 *)
3. Day 3 from 09:00 to 15.00

*) Tuition ends 19:00. At dinner participants will reflect on the process.

The price does not include meals, accommodation and conference facilities.These will be invoiced with the course investment.
