Target group

The course is primarily aimed at executives, who want to apply coaching in their daily work. This may be executives at all levels in sales, development and administration, project managers and team leaders. Coaching is the right tool if you want to help others become even better employees by finding and developing their own potential. Coaching may be applied to ensure greater personal dedication and responsibility in relation to employees' development and change.

Yield

You will gain insight into the method and theory behind coaching. The course will also provide you with additional training in practical application of the learned techniques. You will be able to use your own cases and issues as a starting point - thus the output may also be concrete solutions to a case.

Method

The course will be an interesting mix of discussions, exchange of experiences, instructor presentations and concrete cases. Coaching is best learned by training and practice, and participants will be very actively involved. During the course you will act as both coach, focus person and observer.
