The course is aimed at individuals working as a secretary, assistant or coordinator. You work independently and plan your working day yourself. The typical participant is the focal point for numerous tasks during the working day, and also supports superiors and colleagues.

Method
There is extensive activity from the participants on the course and it consists of short instructor presentations followed by reflection, practical exercises and dialogue between participants. Participants will be asked to devise concrete personal action plans as a conclusion to the course.
