Course terms and conditions
Your registration is binding 6 weeks before the start of the course. If you cannot attend, you may send a colleague instead. At no extra cost.

Cancellation
Full payment for the course, as well as any residential expenses, will be charged for cancellation from 6 weeks before the start of the course.

Transfer
If you want to transfer your course booking from one date to another, you can do this against a charge of 50% of the course price plus any residential expenses. This fee becomes effective 6 weeks from the start of the course. Transfer of a course booking is only allowed once. Full payment is charged after that.

Reservations
In order for participants to get the maximal benefit from training registrations are limited on all TACK courses. We also reserve the right to cancel a course, if we estimate that a limited number of registrations will not provide each participant with the optimal benefit.

Payment conditions
A course invoice will be sent automatically and is due for payment 14 days after the start of the course.

Live-in courses (residential courses)
Please allow for additional costs for accommodation and meals. These costs are to be paid to TACK, and TACK will send an invoice.
