Target group
The TACK Coaching Academy is aimed at business managers, executives, HR managers, consultants and others who want to integrate coaching in their daily work. As a participant in the course you should have a general interest in working with people and a wish to help others discovering their potential, as well as be prepared to work on your own personal development.
Yield
The purpose of the TACK Coaching Academy is to train coaches on an international level. Upon completion of the course participants will become qualified coaches trained in skills and methods meeting the guidelines set forth by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Upon completion of the course participants may apply for certification as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) - after the practice requirements have been met *).
Method
The course is divided into 3 modules of 3 days. Between the modules you will receive 6 hours of individual coaching by a certified coach. The 3 modules have different topics. Coaching is a skill, which can only be learned through practical experience. This is why the modules combine lectures, exercises as well as subsequent dialogue on the experiences of coaching each other. Between each module the participants meet in smaller working groups discussing specific issues, solve smaller coaching tasks, and participants act as sparring partners and coaches for each other.

- The training concludes with an examination and subsequent personal feedback from the instructors. Furthermore, everyone completing the course will be entitled to call themselves TACK Coach and receive a course certificate documenting completion of coach training, which meets the educational requirements and guidelines set forth by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Hereafter the participants may apply for certification as Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

The course is held as a 3 day non-residential course in 3 modules. Tuition takes places at the following times:
