  • The art of making an effective personal introduction
  • Impact, 'elevator pitches' and one-liners
  • Get your message across to groups
  • How to work out and present a 'one minute presentation' catching a group's attention
  • The art of beginning conversations - how to break the ice with people you don't know
  • How to assess people quickly - to determine if it's worth spending time with them
  • How to create a good impression - which will motivate others to talk to you again
  • How to use your business card optimally - correct use of your own business card and that of others
  • How to use time efficiently in larger groups by ending conversations properly to give you time meet everyone.
