Content

  • Content and form depends on the situation, but will always as a minimum involve:
  • Interview and consultation with central operators and interested parties in and around the company.
  • Workshop with preparation of concrete action plans for and by those involved.
  • The course begins with an informal telephone conversation and later perhaps a start-up meeting, where the desired results of the strategy development are clarified.
