You will become aware of the decisive role you play in the customer's overall experience.
Method
The course is divided into lessons with an emphasis on theoretical presentations spiced up with the instructor's practical experiences. The course is based on the concept of service and supporting theory. The theory is supported by various types of cases and exercises ensuring learning and applicability for the individual's working day. To gain perspective on the acquired theory the instructor will also draw upon the experiences and diversity of the team.
