The course is aimed at individuals with responsibility for project completion and who want to achieve better results in project work through an improvement of cooperation in the project group as well as external and internal communication.

Method

The course is an inspiring mix of instructor's presentations, discussions, exchange of experiences, group work and individual exercises giving the participants an insight into their own management style in different situations in the project work.
