Yield
You will learn to sell to your clients in a focused, systematic and highly professional way. You will learn to understand how the customer thinks and become adept at selling the benefits of your product or service with “you appeal” instead of explaining the features of your products or service offering.
Method
We will work through the sales process systematically - from the moment the customer is contacted right through to closing the sale and developing the account from there. Through different exercises and role plays you will have plenty of opportunity to practise your sales techniques. The course provides you with a comprehensive range of practical tools and information which can be applied immediately afterwards.
