This is a highly interactive course focussing on each individual’s every day business needs. Group tasks and role plays are used extensively to enable people to practice their new found skills.

The course is held as a 3 day live-in course (residential course). Tuition takes places at the following times:

1. Day 1 from 10:00 to 21.00*)
2. Day 2 from 09:00 to 21.00*)
3. Day 3 from 09:00 to 15.00

*) Tuition ends 19:00. At dinner participants will reflect on the process.
