Leadership in Senior Management - Executive Manager development

The course is primarily aimed at business managers, department managers, Senior Executives and line managers with responsibility for executive management and results. Participants will typically belong to a group with influence on the company's or the department's overall goals and policies. They often have many years of management experience and have previously participated in one or multiple management courses.

As a result of the course you will refine your skills as a leader and acquire new angles for your management style. Through psychological profiles, personal coaching and 360 degrees feedback from your employees, colleagues or your management you will become aware of areas you need to continue working on to ensure a positive development for your department or company. After the course you will be able to display strategic management and leadership.

The course will be an interesting mix of short instructor presentation, exercises, own cases and mutual exchange of experiences. Furthermore guest educators and presenters will contribute during the course and provide inspiration for discussions and debate on management and business development. During the course all participants have the option of receiving individual coaching.

The course is held as a 3 day live-in course (residential course) at the following times:

1. Day 1 from 10:00 - approx 21:00
2. Day 2 from 09:00 - approx 21:00
3. Day 3 from 09:00 to 16.30
