TACK has substantial experience in developing and tailoring material and courses to match the individual needs of each company we work with. Through a tried and tested process we can ensure that the bespoke course we create meets your immediate needs and is aligned to the participants' competency levels and the company's values.
Before
Phase one of the process - the pre-stage or research and development phase - is essential as it helps ensure that we understand your business as much as possible so that we can create a dynamic and tailored programme or series of programmes to meet your total requirements. It also allows us, if required, to measure and benchmark the competency levels of your people before any training takes place so that we can accurately measure the positive behavioural changes at a later stage. The pre-stage may include interviews with selected employees, accompanying salespeople on their sales meetings, mystery shopping, examining the sales process, clarification of the values and culture of the company, leadership seminars etc.
During
During the training initiative there will be ongoing contact between your company and TACK. We will update you on the status of the training at each follow-up meeting during which we can discuss the feedback from the course participants and the necessary actions they and their managers must take to help ensure implementation and take up of the learning outcomes. During these meetings we should also discuss areas of possible future development for both the employees and the company.
After
It is important for the training to have a continued positive effect on both the individual and the company so that the maximum possible return on investment is achieved. To help ensure each participant continues to remember and apply the newly gained skills and work on their personal action plan, we recommend a series of interventions such as subsequent coaching, mentoring or e-learning.
